Gary is no stranger to challenges. Gary was born and grew up in Cali, Colombia South America. Gary attended Colegio Bolivar and graduated from high school in 1977 in Gruver, Texas. Gary then attended Baylor University in Waco, Texas and received a degree in Marketing-Management in 1981, which prepared him for his life long career in sales. Gary has continuously excelled as a top producer with every company he has represented. Recently Gary was awarded the top producer award for setting a company record in the company’s 30 years.

Gary is a Real Estate professional who prides himself on client’s satisfaction above all else. Being a Realtor means more than selling homes. It’s about helping understand client’s hopes and dreams. It’s about a relationship based on trust, knowledge, and expertise. Gary lives and works in The Woodlands with his wife Cara and two children. Daughter Caroline, graduated from Baylor University in 2016 and currently is volunteering for Ekisa.org in Jinja, Uganda. Son Chase attends Texas A&M University and is majoring in business and became a licensed Realtor in 2015 to help the family business.

About Cara

Cara is a native Texan and has lived in The Woodlands since 2005. Cara was born in Austin, Texas and is a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin in 1985 with a BS in Interior Design. After College, she worked in Dallas as an Interior Space Planner and a Project Manager for EDS where she met Gary and they recently celebrated their 25th wedding Anniversary. She is the proud mother of Caroline and Chase Giles and Beagles: Costa and Copper.

 

Serving the community through her volunteer efforts at church and the community. Cara has been on numerous International Mission trips to Colombia & Latvia.

About Chase

 

Chase Giles was born in Dallas, Texas and moved to The Woodlands in 2004 with his family. While in High School, Chase served as class President his Freshman, Sophomore, Junior year and student Body President his senior year. Chase now attends Texas A& M University and is pursuing a degree in Business. In 2015, Chase became licensed as a Realor® and intends to pursue a career in the family real estate business upon graduation. Chase also likes to fly fish, deep sea fish and work in carpentry. Chase hopes to remodel a home one day in the future.
